Incapsula subscribers may receive status notification updates via email and SMS by contacting the Incapsula support team. To subscribe to notifications send an email request to support@incapsula.com. Receive SMS notifications by adding your phone number with country to your subscription request. Customers utilizing GRE tunnels and cross-connect tunnels in the listed PoPs should reroute their traffic to their redundant POP.
We expect the maintenance to end by 14:00PM UTC.
All other Incapsula services will be fully operational.

On Sunday, April 9th, Incapsula’s status page notifications email address will be changed,
From support@incapsula.com to support@status.incapsula.com.

The changes are being made due to statuspage.io security policy changes.
There is no impact on Incapsula service during this change.

New Incapsula IP Ranges May 1, 12:00-14:00 UTC
Incapsula service has added new IP address ranges to our network. If you have restricted access to receive traffic only from Incapsula IP ranges, you must add the following IP ranges to your firewall settings. If you will not change your firewall settings, legitimate traffic to your website may be restricted starting May 1st, 2017.
